RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your VO2 Gear. If for any reason you're not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Our Policy:
- Returns: We accept returns for unworn and unwashed items with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we're happy to process an exchange for you, subject to availability.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To start a return or exchange, please email us at vo2gearusa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or the item you'd like to exchange for. Our team will then provide you with further instructions.

1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
3. What are your shipping times?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping times then apply. You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days after it has been processed.
4. How do I know what size to order?
From our experience, our apparel fits true to size so just order the size you regularly wear and it should fit perfectly. If you need to return/exchange your order, please follow the steps listed above!
